Katie is an experienced operator with a focus on social enterprises and mission-driven businesses. She has led companies from pre-revenue up to $65M in revenue across private equity, venture-backed, and bootstrapped environments.
Katie most recently served as CEO of behavioral health and child welfare software company, KCare, from 2020-2024 as well as Co-CEO of KCare’s parent company, Radicle Health, from 2023-2025. In her time leading KCare, she brought the company to profitability, integrated three acquisitions (extendedReach, Exym, Stabilify), brought organic growth from the single digits to the high teens, and improved employee NPS from -10 to an average of >40 during her tenure. Under Katie’s leadership, KCare became a certified B Corp and signed the 1% pledge, donating 1% of net profits annually. As Co-CEO of Radicle Health, she co-led the reorganization of Radicle’s 9 acquisitions into a single company with two business units, while serving as Interim President of the newly-formed EHR Solutions Business Unit. KCare and Radicle Health are backed by Alpine Investors’ ($18 billion AUM PE firm) software division, Alpine Software Group (ASG), where Katie is currently an Executive in Residence.
Prior to joining KCare, Katie was co-founder and Managing Director of Springtech Capital, a quant trading firm with proprietary technology that donates a percentage of profits. Before launching Springtech, she served as Head of Business Development and Regulatory Affairs for Audacy, a venture-backed space startup. Katie spent the first four years of her career launching projects in Haiti for clients like TOMS Shoes and the Inter-American Development Bank.
Katie holds an MBA from the University of Oxford and a B.S. in International Relations and French from Seton Hall University. She sits on the board of Fonkoze USA, a nonprofit dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty across Haiti.
